Membership Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange an item you received for another item, simply initiate the exchange process by the 8^th

day of the month.  Please follow the instructions below to exchange an item:

• We will send you a list of items to choose from with the exchange form.

• Print and fill out the Exchange Form and indicate the item which you wish to receive.

• Pack the exchange merchandise in the original packaging, or new packaging if original packaging is damaged

• Enclose a copy of the Exchange Form

• Return the box via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.).  Customer must pay freight.

Please note that your credit card will be charged $4.50 for shipping of the new item.

MEMBERSHIP RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY

To return / cancel the remainder of your membership, please follow the steps below:

• Fill out the Return / Cancellation Form.

• E-Mail the Return / Cancellation Form to us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it no later than the 20^th day of the same month.

• Once we receive the Return / Cancellation Form, the membership will be cancelled as of the following month. 

• We will credit your card the remainder of the membership.  No paid monthly fees will be credited.

Please note that if the Return / Cancellation Form is received after the 20^th of any given month, the membership will still be active for one additional month, and cancelled thereafter.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL POLICY

Membership is subject to automatic renewal at each appropriate renewal date.  3-month memberships will be renewed at the end of the third month for another 3-months.  6-month memberships will be renewed at the end of the sixth month for another 6-month membership. 1-year memberships will be renewed at the end of the first years for another 1-year membership.  If a customer wishes to change their membership duration, notice must be provided to Lil Chewers by e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) advising of any changes that should be made.  All changes will take effect at the completion of the in-force membership.  Credit cards on file will be charged for the automatic renewals.  If a credit card is no longer valid, a bill will be sent to the customer via e-mail requesting a new credit card or an alternate payment method for the membership dues.
